Please join Asha Ganpat at the reception for my upcoming group exhibition Essex Under 35 at the Pierro Gallery, Baird Center, South Orange, NJ curated by Rocio Aranda-Alvarado. Works include:- Bubbles, a video of LaBrea pitch lake in Trinidad
- Detail of a Stranger's Funerary Pyre, a video of a Hindu cremation at the Waterloo in Caroni, Trinidad
- My Collection, an ongoing series of signed contracts for strangers' souls
- Spare the Rod, Spoil the God, a series of broken spoons and half-eaten soap in reliquary boxes
